Meet Matt Helfrich, MPT
CEO and Founder
Matt Helfrich is a St. Louis native and Madison County resident who graduated from Saint Louis University in January 2007 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He has worked in the outpatient setting in St. Louis since becoming a licensed physical therapist, including 2 years of treating veterans at the St. Louis VA Hospital.
He became a clinical director and part owner of a clinic in Creve Coeur in 2015 while continuing to treat patients. Matt has focused his continuing education on treating sports and general outpatient orthopedic conditions. As an Astym Certified therapist, he specializes in working with complex shoulder conditions and preventing future injuries.
His free time is dedicated to spending time with his wife, son and daughter – and the occasional round of golf with friends. His passion at home and within the community is centered around giving back to others with a focus on delivering more value than is asked of him. This has been his north star as a husband, father, friend, therapist, small business owner and entrepreneur.
